I think that under the prism of that society, otherness is seen as a resistance for the ego's own ends. The capitalist self transforms it into a utilitarian object to achieve goals, reality is perceived as a resistance that the self must overcome to overcome other resistances. From my point of view, what is changing is the self-operation of people. I believe that we are moving towards a new, more reasonable space, where people are part of a greater totality, where we are all co-responsible and interrelated.
